ExoForm Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ExoForm.

1. Agreement

ExoForm is operated by ИП "ExoForm" / Individual Entrepreneur "ExoForm", IIN 040413050061. By creating an account, signing in, or using ExoForm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use ExoForm.

2. What ExoForm Is

ExoForm is an AI interview-practice product. It lets you run simulated voice interviews, generate transcripts, and receive AI-generated feedback, scores, summaries, and answer review.

ExoForm is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, background-check company, or hiring decision service. ExoForm does not guarantee interview performance, job offers, employment, admissions, compensation, or career outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ExoForm. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms.

You may use ExoForm only if you can legally enter into these Terms and are not barred from using the service under applicable law.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for activity under your account. Keep your login method, device, and auth tokens secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or threaten the security or operation of ExoForm.

5. Your Content

"Your Content" means information you provide to ExoForm, including job descriptions, interview answers, transcripts generated from your speech, and support messages.

You keep ownership of Your Content. You give ExoForm a limited license to host, store, transmit, process, reproduce, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve ExoForm and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide Your Content. Do not submit confidential employer materials, trade secrets, personal data about others, government IDs, financial account numbers, health information, passwords, or content you are not allowed to share.

6. AI Output

ExoForm uses AI systems and third-party providers. AI-generated questions, transcripts, scores, summaries, rationales, and feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or unavailable.

Use ExoForm as practice guidance only. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking important information before relying on it.

AI output may be similar across users, especially for common interview questions or job descriptions. You do not receive exclusive rights to generic AI-generated output.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use ExoForm to:

  • break the law or violate another person's rights;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or exploit anyone;
  • upload malware or interfere with ExoForm's systems;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls;
  • attempt to access another user's account or data;
  • submit content you do not have permission to use;
  • use ExoForm for employer-side hiring, ranking, screening, rejection, or employment decisions without a separate written agreement with us;
  • misrepresent AI feedback as a final hiring, legal, financial, medical, or professional decision;
  • benchmark, copy, or use ExoForm to build a competing product where prohibited by law or contract.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using ExoForm, you agree that we may process information as described there.

Because ExoForm uses microphone-based interview practice, you must give browser/device microphone permission for live interviews. You can revoke microphone permission through your browser or device settings, but the interview feature may stop working.

9. Beta And Changes

ExoForm may include beta, experimental, or preview features. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

We try to keep ExoForm available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Fees

ExoForm may offer paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing period, included limits, renewal terms, and payment terms will be shown at checkout or in an order form.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

We may change prices or subscription features. If a change affects your current paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice where required by law.

11. Third-Party Services

ExoForm depends on third-party services for AI models, voice processing, email, authentication, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Your use of Google, GitHub, or other third-party sign-in options may also be governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

12. Termination

You may stop using ExoForm at any time. You may delete individual interviews in the product.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses needed for prior operation, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.

13. Disclaimers

ExoForm is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not warrant that AI output will be correct, fair, complete, or suitable for any specific hiring or career purpose.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ExoForm and Individual Entrepreneur "ExoForm" will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for all claims relating to ExoForm will be the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for ExoForm in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits of liability, so some limits may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify ExoForm and Individual Entrepreneur "ExoForm" from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of ExoForm, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

17. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of ExoForm after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
